Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
Support cooks and chefs during meal preparation by following instructions and recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety standards.
Help with stocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies.
Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a sanitary work environment.
Skills

Experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with food handling and food safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
