Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Executive to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of kitchen products, including modular kitchens, kitchen appliances, accessories, and related items. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell kitchen products (modular kitchens, appliances, sinks, storage solutions, etc.) to residential and commercial clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Conduct site visits when necessary to understand space, layout, and design preferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their budget and design preferences.
Work with design teams to provide customized kitchen layouts and solutions.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design and technology.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and functionality to clients.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales showroom or display area.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and new business opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales orders, quotations, and sales activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen, home décor, or interior design industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-centric with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Knowledge of kitchen design, materials, and appliances is a plus.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
