Position: Kitchen Staff
Location: Touhenboku Ramen – Queen Street, Toronto
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Languages Required: English (Japanese or Chinese preferred)

About Us:
Touhenboku Ramen is a popular Toronto-based ramen shop known for its authentic Japanese flavours, house-made noodles, and warm, welcoming service. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and passionate kitchen staff to join our Queen Street location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, marinating, etc.)
Cook and assemble ramen dishes and side items according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Wash dishes and ensure all kitchen tools are properly sanitized
Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards
Support chefs and team during busy service hours
Receive and store deliveries properly
Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required
Qualifications:

Kitchen experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
Able to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Punctual and dependable
Japanese or Chinese speaking
