Job Description:

-Sample Preparation and Handling:
• Collect, label, and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform routine and specialized tests on samples as required.
• Handle chemicals, reagents, and hazardous materials safely.

-Laboratory Testing:
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Analyze test results and report findings accurately.

-Data Recording and Reporting:
• Record and document test results, observations, and data accurately.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the laboratory supervisor.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

-Quality Control:
• Monitor and maintain the quality of laboratory procedures and processes.
• Participate in internal and external quality control programs.
• Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances in testing.

-Equipment Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laboratory equipment.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Arrange for repair or replacement of faulty equipment when necessary.

-Health and Safety Compliance:
• Follow all laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

-Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
• Order and restock materials as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

-Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other laboratory staff and researchers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
