Labor & Employment Law Attorney ~ Litigation Experience (Federal Court)

In short, we are looking for candidates with experience and competency in labor and employment law and litigation (including in federal court).

What you will be doing
• Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Providing comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law issues.
