Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to Virginia State Bar (or ability to waive in) and in good standing

Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations and law firm experience or clerkship a plus

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
