As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) I, you will be responsible for the daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples within the laboratory department. You will perform a variety of routine and specialized procedures in the processing of specimens used in diagnosis, treatment and research.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a high-volume lab is preferred. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision making and time management skills. Experience with Epic, Wellsky & Carephere, Sysmex XM 550, Vitros XT3400, ACL Elite Pro, iStat, Triage meter, Clinitek Advantus & Access II is an asset.
