Perth Recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Maintenance support to join our client, a dedicated Hotel Operations Platform, which manages independent properties with a hands-on approach.

Maintenance Officer

Weekly Pay
$34.06 per hour
Immediate start
Longterm potential
Duties Include:

Assist in carrying out general preventative maintenance
Ensure the hygienic removal of rubbish
Lifting and removal of furniture
Liase with front desk and housekeeping functions regarding 'down' rooms to expedite quick turn around and return of inventory
Ensure external areas are maintained in line with company standards- Watering plants, weed removal ect
Maintain onsite gym
Requirements:

Previous construction/ hands on and physical exp (Preferred)
Reliable Transport (desirable)
Reliable and Hard Working
Unlimited Australian working rights
Permanent Residency
