Role Overview :

- As Head - People & Culture, you will be the custodian of the organization's most valuable asset - our people. You will lead the design and execution of people strategy, foster a culture aligned with our values, and enable scalable, human-centered growth.

- This role is ideal for a leader passionate about blending business excellence with social impact, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA with 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in high-growth startups

- Demonstrated success in 0- 1 journey and scaling from early to growth stages

- Built and scaled agile, high-impact HR functions from the ground up

- Purpose-driven leader with a strong focus on culture, scalability, and strategic people leadership
