• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.
• Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs, preferences, and concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the broader Lakmé team to support promotional activities, events, and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or certification in hairstyling from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience working as a hairstylist in a salon or beauty environment.
• Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Creativity and artistic flair to create unique and personalized looks for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
