Ensure that all the lamination equipment is properly maintained and functions optimally
Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to maintain high production standards
Collaborate with the quality control department to address any product defects or issues
Work closely with other departments, such as production planning, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status, challenges, and achievements
Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals, performance metrics, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the lamination department
