Job Title: Landing Page Developer (Conversion Rate Optimization) – Fashion Focused

We are seeking an experienced Landing Page Developer with a strong focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO)to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-converting landing pages tailored to the fashion industry and proven expertise in delivering sleek, responsive, and visually captivating designs. Your work will directly impact our sales and customer engagement by improving the user journey on our site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and optimise high-converting landing pages that drive customer actions and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align landing pages with our brand's voice, vision, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of landing pages and implement changes based on performance.
- Use data-driven approaches to continuously improve page layout, content, and visuals to increase conversion rates.
- Implement best practices in UI/UX design tailored specifically to the fashion industry.
- Ensure that all landing pages are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
- Integrate and manage third-party tools, including email signups, CTA buttons, and social proof elements, to enhance user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion web design and eCommerce to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a landing page developer or front-end web developer with a focus on CRO.
- A strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related landing pages or eCommerce websites that demonstrate high conversion rates.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of user behaviour and fashion design trends to ensure alignment with our brand's aesthetic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to deliver targeted landing pages.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance landing page visibility.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
