Job description
Founded in 2012 by three partners, Sanjay Bhardwaj, Shubhra Dahiya, and Vijay Dahiya, team3 specialises in holistic architectural and interior design projects across diverse scales. With work spanning typologies from large-scale urban planning to design, team3 has won numerous awards and has been featured in leading national and international publications such as Architect and Interiors India, Perspective Global, and Wallpaper.

We are on the lookout for Senior Architects (3-10 years of experience) to join our diverse team and collaborate with us to develop human-centric, contextual architecture across scales. You will play a pivotal role in leading architectural projects from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for creating innovative designs, ensuring structural integrity, and overseeing project teams. Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale architectural projects, showcasing the ability to meet tight deadlines and constraints.

Possess advanced proficiency in cutting-edge architectural software and tools.

Show a deep knowledge of international architectural trends and best practices, with an emphasis on the integration of smart building technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainable design principles.

Display expertise in interdisciplinary collaboration, having effectively worked with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to create holistic and cohesive architectural solutions.

Exhibit leadership and mentorship skills, having successfully managed and guided architectural teams through complex projects.

Hold a proven ability to adapt and excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments, emphasising the agility to respond to changing project requirements and client needs.
