Landscape Design Management is a critical role in creating outdoor spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, with experience in managing design teams and overseeing the planning and execution of outdoor projects.
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams.
• Experience in villa/luxury real estate industry is preferred, as well as proficiency in reviewing designs, design approval meetings, management presentations, data collection, and updating trackers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing outdoor spaces, ensuring designs, BOQ, and material selections adhere to budget, and achieving milestones within targeted timelines.
