About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Only from Jaipur
Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support ongoing projects and legal initiatives.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Collaborate with the legal team to provide assistance in analyzing and managing legal risks associated with business operations.
Support the legal team in maintaining and updating legal records, documents, and databases.
Assist in preparing compliance reports and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders to understand legal requirements and provide legal insights.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for legal training sessions and workshops.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the legal team.
