This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Lawyer to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and legal documents. Your expertise will be utilized to provide legal support for corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating term sheets, operator agreements, shareholder agreements, and service agreements. You will also be responsible for advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance policies. In addition, you will liaise with external legal counsel when necessary and support due diligence and other legal research work related to corporate matters.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master's degree (LLM) and a minimum of 6 months' relevant experience in corporate law. A strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contract law is essential.
