• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Advising clients on risk management strategies
• Providing expert advice on commercial lending matters
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and finance
• Strong understanding of credit agreements, security agreements, and closing documentation
• Drafting and negotiating skills
