This position reports into the AVP - Operations. He/she will be responsible for monthly billgeneration, report generation, vendor invoice verification, revenue vs cost margin analysis, coordinating
with internal teams for RA and Billing disputes etc.. Responsibilities:
 Fully accountable for providing technical support for the recurring revenue products includingperforming diagnosis and troubleshooting
 Proactively finding ways to increase managed services traffic which may include recommending & taking initiative to implement any technical improvements.
 Performing system audits, traffic analysis and proactively taking necessary steps for continuous improvements such as, improving call corrections rates for SC/SCA.
 Generating daily/weekly reports and distributing to stakeholders.
 Generating monthly wholesale bills for clients.
 Validating vendor invoices and preparing revenue vs cost summary.
 Proactively checking revenue leakage and escalating to respecting teams for fix.
 Automating RA and Billing processes and reports for new projects.
 Helping management in analyzing revenue and cost reports along with margin values.
 Forecasting revenue growth for the year as per usage trend. Desired Profile
 Domain Expertise:
o Excellent understanding of GSM and VAS Services.
o Minimum 4 years work experience, preferable in an O&M VAS environment with a mobile operator
o Working knowledge of CDRs
 Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of UNIX (Sun Solaris/Linux), Shell/Perl Scripting
o Oracle Database knowledge.
o Able to write SQL queries and able to understand PL/SQL codes.
 Experience:
o 6 to 8 yrs relevant exp
o Strong troubleshooting skills.
