Lead Architect

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Developing architectural designs (computer based and hand sketches) to meet project specifications
• Preparing and developing details, project specifications, prepare and oversee schematic through working drawings
• Managing multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination which includes coordination with structure, MEP, AV, Life safety, building envelope, etc.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues with team, client and other discipline.
• Review finished plans, specifications, and material approval and manage timelines and deliverables
• Demonstrating a strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team environment
• Prepare graphics and visualizations for project presentations.
• Use computer software as a tool for solving basic architectural problems
• Maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes
• Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
• Supports the work of the Junior Designers in executing the design and vision
