Job Description: Lead Architect - Office Space Design & Execution (Gurgaon) Our Company is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to creating innovative and functional office spaces that inspire and empower. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Architect to spearhead our office space design and execution projects based in the Gurgaon region. This is a pivotal role requiring a seasoned professional with a proven track record in all phases of architectural projects, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a talented team.

Responsibilities:
Visionary Design & Conceptualization: Lead the development of innovative and functional office space designs that align with client needs, brand identity, and business objectives. Translate client visions and requirements into compelling design concepts and presentations.
Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee all stages of architectural projects from initial brief and conceptual design through detailed design development, construction documentation, tendering, and site supervision to successful project completion.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their needs.
Compelling Client Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive and engaging presentations of design concepts, proposals, and project updates to clients and stakeholders. Clearly articulate design rationale and address client feedback effectively.
Detailed Design & Documentation: Ensure the creation of accurate, detailed, and technically sound architectural drawings, specifications, and other construction documents in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Collaboration & Coordination: Effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (including interior designers, project managers, and engineers), external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines, and resolve any on-site issues effectively.
Budget Management & Cost Control: Participate in the development of project budgets and actively manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior architects and design team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in relevant architectural software, including but not limited to:
CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project management software (familiarity preferred)
• Other latest Tech in design
• Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in office space design and construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, planning, and execution, with a significant focus on office space projects .
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex office space projects from concept to completion.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail, functionality, and aesthetics in office environments.
Comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in the Gurgaon/NCR region.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Professional registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is highly desirable.
