Budal Construction Group is a General Contractor based out of Red Deer, Alberta. Our core mission is to provide turn-key franchise construction, plumbing, electrical, woodworking and project management services to our valued clients in Western Canada and nationally. We are currently recruiting for a Lead Carpenter.
We expect a high level of competency, above average teamwork, and collaboration. As an evolving company, we are seeking individuals that adapt easily to change and are willing to work out of town, or evenings, (if required). Our job locations are mainly in Western Canada. Flights, transportation, accommodations, and LOA pay are provided. Although Budal's policy is to provide weekends off/at home, some weekend work may be expected to meet specific deadlines.
We are looking for a skilled, energetic Lead Carpenter to take on the responsibility of implementing construction projects and meeting company deadlines. We would like to find an individual who is equipped with a background in commercial construction and has an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be well versed in various types of construction, possess strong negotiation skills, have excellent critical thinking skills and have impeccable communication abilities.
