Key Responsibilities Building Tools Portfolio for Customer Experience 5G Domain Building capabilities for VoNR network monitoring and troubleshooting Building capabilities for network slicing based analytics and troubleshooting Enhancement of tools portfolio for 4G domain Design/Solution closures for new interfaces on 4G and PaCo node Life cycle management of product created for the business users. Evaluation of digital products across vendors from Core domain perspective Technical scope creation for RFI, RFP's in concurrence with business stakeholders Interaction with MS, Circle team and central stakeholders for driving the digital products Deployment of the new interfaces tapping on 4G tools Deployment of capacities for existing domain on 4G tools Experience & Skills Skills Required: Good knowledge of 5G architecture, call flows, protocols for NSA and SA Worked experience on any of the probe based tools is much preferred Excellent knowledge of VoLTE domain (architecture, call flows protocols) Excellent knowledge of MBB domain (architecture, session flows, protocols) Experience on Ericsson, Nokia, and Cisco PaCo/IMS equipment Knowledge of cloud based deployments and architecture Strong Problem solving skills Working knowledge or hands on experience of IP Nodes Knowledge of IP technology like router, switch, firewall etc. Hands on experience of L1 and L2 Level Support and troubleshooting Good communication skills and should be able to aggressively take proactive measures
