About the role

As a Lead - Executive Reward, you’ll lead the strategic design, development and implementation of reward governance frameworks as they relate to the Superannuation and Insurance Industry


This role will be a key stakeholder to the Office of the FAR, the Risk Compliance team, and Secretariat and Accountability team. This role is also accountable for the delivery of regular reward policy reviews and will form part of project and squads in relation to performance and reward and people and culture initiatives.


Day to day, you'll:

Lead reward compliance activities with regard to CPS-511 and FAR.
Lead on completion of the Annual Remuneration Report and other reward disclosures (e.g., CPS-511).
Support the General Manager, Performance Reward and Governance with Annual Performance and Reward Review cycle for the CEO, Executive Committee and Enterprise Leadership Team.
Act as Key liaison Reward representative on the FAR Project in the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of ART’s FAR Framework from a reward perspective and in conjunction with the Office of the FAR.
Strategically design, and implement and maintain key reward policies reflecting FAR & CPS requirements, including policies review, consequence management processes and links with other internal and external stakeholders
Identify and analyse changes in the internal and external operating environment which necessitate changes to organisational governance frameworks, artefacts, structures, and/or processes
This role is permanent opportunity.


About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

Considerable experience in senior remuneration roles, ideally gained in the financial services industry or significant transferable experience in Risk, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Governance roles.
Proven experience with the management and understanding of reward policies, benefit and incentive plans, and relevant reward processes.
Technical knowledge of remuneration in the Australian Financial Services Industry and its regulatory framework.
Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated experience in working with senior stakeholders.
Experience in financial services environments such as mergers and acquisitions
