Job Description:
As a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist at Videosjet, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. We are seeking an individual who possesses an exceptional skill set in prospecting and lead generation, combined with a proven ability to convert leads into valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle and ultimately closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Utilize a variety of organic methods to identify and generate leads, including research, networking, social media outreach, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
2. Client Engagement:
• Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized and effective phone calls and outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with leads through consistent communication and value-driven interactions.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect to tailor solutions effectively.
3. Sales Conversion:
• Conduct consultations and presentations to showcase Videosjet's capabilities and services.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, addressing the specific requirements of each prospect.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new clients.
4. Pipeline Management:
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and track all interactions with prospects.
• Regularly update the Sales tracking sheet with lead information, activities, and progress.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project handovers.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation and sales conversion activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and optimize the sales process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably within the video production or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of various prospecting methods and the ability to execute organic lead-generation strategies effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
