Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, building strong client collaborations, and expanding professional networks to drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, fostering client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
• Research and identify new business opportunities in various industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels (email, social media, cold calls, etc.).

2. Client Collaboration:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

3. Networking and Business Expansion:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and expand professional connections.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and client facing events to promote services and solutions.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on lead generation efforts, client collaborations, and overall business development activities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management on client needs, market conditions, and potential areas for business growth.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or client relations (13 years preferred).
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in using CRM tools for lead and client management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self driven with a results oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
