Experience: 8+ Years
Job Description:
8-10 years experience in MS Dynamics 365 in the Finance and OMS modules.
Good knowledge of the entire lifecycle of the OMS process – Discovery to Order placement to Order fulfillment to Warehouse management to Shipping & Post-sales followup
Good knowledge of the Finance module - Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger & Asset accounting.
Manhattan WMS knowledge is good to have.
Expertise on the entire testing lifecycle on MSD projects, including all the below stages.
-Requirement & Solution Analysis, Test Scope Definition
-Test Design & Scripting, Requirement Traceability Matrix
-Test Execution and Defect Management
-Working collaboratively with client, development vendors, business users
-Raising timely risks and issues
-Providing UAT support
Experience using Test Management tools such as JIRA or Microfocus ALM

About The Role
In this role, you will help shape Optimite’s lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for driving our email marketing efforts, working closely with the founders and teams across design, development, and client success to fuel business growth.
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll build and refine the outreach processes, creating a strong foundation for Optimite to continue scaling rapidly.
What will you do?
As the Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email + LinkedIn), your role is all about creating high-quality lead generation through cold emails and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to decision-makers at ecommerce and Shopify businesses and turning them into qualified leads.
You’ll be focusing on three main areas: Email Outreach (50%), LinkedIn Prospecting (30%), and Campaign Optimization & Reporting (20%).
Email Outreach (50%)
• Create and run cold email campaigns to bring in qualified leads for our services.
• Write personalized, effective email templates and manage follow-ups.
• Track and report on how the emails are performing and make changes to get better results.
• Metrics you’ll own:
• Open Rate: How many people open your emails.
• Reply Rate: How many people respond.
• Qualified Leads: How many leads turn into real opportunities.
LinkedIn Prospecting (30%)
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and reach out to decision-makers.
• Build relationships with potential leads using LinkedIn InMail and connection requests.
• Track how your LinkedIn efforts are working and keep leads moving through the pipeline.
• Metrics you’ll own:
• Connection Rate: How many outreach efforts lead to connections.
• Response Rate: How many prospects reply to your InMails.
• Leads Generated: Leads that convert into sales calls.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting (20%)
• Test different subject lines, email copy, and outreach strategies to see what works best.
• Look at the data each week and adjust your approach to get better results.
• Work with the founders to report on campaign performance and improve strategies.
• Metrics you’ll own:
• A/B Testing Results: How well your email experiments perform.
• Lead Nurture Rate: How well you manage follow-ups.
• Weekly Reports: Sharing insights and plans with the team.
Must Have
• Experience with cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Apollo.io.
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills with Sales Navigator.
• Ability to track and improve email performance metrics like open and reply rates.
• Excellent written communication for personalized outreach.
Good to have
• Experience working with ecommerce or Shopify clients.
• Familiarity with outreach automation tools.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

• Round 1 – Video Interview (One-way): This round will involve a one-way video interview where candidates will answer pre-recorded questions related to their past experience and core lead generation skills (Cold Email & LinkedIn). This round is designed to filter initial candidates.
• Round 2 – Deep Dive into Assignment: Panel: Hiring Manager & Content Specialist A detailed review and discussion of the assignment submitted by the candidate. The focus will be on the approach, strategy, and key insights drawn from the assignment.
• Round 3 – Lead Generation Case Study & Technical Knowledge: Panel: Hiring Manager & Technical Lead A practical problem-solving and technical skills assessment. Candidates will be evaluated on their lead generation strategy, their understanding of cold email infrastructure, and tools used for scaling outreach.
• Round 4 – Culture Fit, X-factor, Innovation, & Hiring Manager Round: Panel: Hiring Manager This round will assess the candidate's cultural alignment with the company, their ability to think outside the box, and set clear role expectations, including discussing performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
• Round 5 – HR Negotiations: Panel: HR Final round focused on discussing compensation, benefits, and performance-based incentives, ensuring alignment on employment terms
