As the Lead Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our club maintains an environment of unparalleled cleanliness and warmth
Leading a team of employees, you will not only uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in our main clubhouse and facilities but will also inspire a culture of excellence and teamwork
Lead with Excellence
Lead and guide a team of employees, embodying the shared vision of the shift and the department
Foster a supportive work environment by coaching team members on best practices and club standards
Operate Efficiently
Oversee cleaning operations to ensure the main clubhouse and club facilities consistently meet and exceed cleanliness standards
Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to ensure all staff members adhere to housekeeping standards
Manage the functionality of housekeeping machinery through preventative maintenance and prompt reporting of faults
Adhere to Safety & Compliance Regulations
Uphold compliance with regulatory laws, MAC safety policies, and procedures
Conduct monthly safety training sessions, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices and emergency response procedures
Identify and promptly report unsafe conditions, contributing to a secure environment for all
Focus on Member Service

This is a fully on-site, full-time position for our 3pm-11:30pm swing shift.

The Role
