About the role
The Lead - HR Business Partner will work towards the achievement of CAHLN’s strategic objectives by building leaders’ capability to effectively manage people issues within relevant Divisions of the health unit. The incumbent is responsible for operationalising key strategic initiatives and specialist policies and programs across the health unit, while ensuring those activities are aligned with, and respond to, the agency’s strategic priorities and business plan.
The incumbent will deliver operational support while also leading and developing a team to deliver end to end advice and support to leaders and employees in relation to human resource management. The incumbent will act as adviser and coach in people related issues to Divisional leadership teams and Executives ensuring that change is effective, sustainable and legislatively sound.

Essential Requirements:
Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
