This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with company objectives and drives organizational growth
This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to further organizational reputation and brand awareness
Partner with senior-level clients on the development of various marketing initiatives and implement plans in alignment with industry best practices and QBE's overall marketing strategy

Mentor department peers by collaboratively reviewing marketing materials and sharing knowledge to foster consistency of department deliverables and alignment with organizational brand
Support the sales process with innovative marketing initiatives and new ideas that will help internal clients deliver on their sales goals
Provide support to overall corporate communications group on key projects and initiatives
