About The Opportunity

As the Lead Mechanic, you'll play a pivotal role in building and managing our brand-new maintenance division. This hands-on leadership position comes with significant responsibility, including oversight of DOT compliance, shop development, and ensuring fleet reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs for Class A vehicles.
• Ensure all fleet operations comply with DOT standards.
• Build, equip, and manage the new maintenance shop.
• Troubleshoot and maintain a fleet to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the company's rapid growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Class A Mechanic, with a focus on fleet vehicles.
• Strong understanding of DOT compliance requirements.
• Experience or enthusiasm for building and managing a maintenance shop.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with leadership skills.
