The Role Responsibilities

Processes
• Streamline audit RFIs management. Create audit repository; perform RFI analysis; drive standardization.

People and Talent
• Support the teams in documenting relevant policy and procedures that aligns to ICS standards.
• Work with PIM & AS teams on audit walkthroughs preparation and ensure the teams are audit ready.

Risk Management
• Perform independent risk assessment / deep dives of service line functions. Flag issues / risks / control gaps to PIMAS MT. Work with service line on remediation actions.

Governance
• Ensure compliance to ICS controls and standard with PIMAS functional and project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain PIMAS Governance scorecard that represents the health score (RAG) of PIMAS service lines
• Notify PIMAS MT on key risks / issues / incidents / that will overall impact PIMAS scorecard.
• Manage follow-ups on incidents / issues arising out of PIMAS functions; track root cause and remediation action plans

Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders
• Service Heads within Authentication and Privilege ID Management
• Risk & Compliance teams / CISRO / ICS Leads /IT Operational Risk
• Other relevant functions with Technology Services (End User Services, Infrastructure Services etc.)
• Business Stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate
• Graduate; At least 10+ years of relevant experience in governance or risk and compliance roles supporting technology services.
