Lead Process Technician – Sachet Line (Pokeno)

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive individual to step into an operational role as Lead Process Technician on our Sachet Line at our Pokeno site.

This role is focused on supporting the Shift Leader by leading day-to-day operations of the sachet filler and packaging line, ensuring we meet production, quality, and safety standards while providing technical leadership and guidance to the wider team.

If you’re experienced in dairy manufacturing and passionate about driving performance and continuous improvement on the floor we want to hear from you.

Reporting to the Shift Leader, the role is on a rotating roster to support customer requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading the operation of the sachet filler and associated downstream equipment
Driving line performance through effective troubleshooting, coaching, and support
Ensuring safety, quality and hygiene standards are consistently met
Carrying out in-process checks and completing documentation to a high standard
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to lift efficiency and reduce waste
Acting as a key point of contact on shift for issues escalation and coordination
Supporting equipment maintenance, including permit issuing and basic fault diagnostics
Maintaining strong communication with the Shift Leader and support functions
What you’ll bring:

Prior experience operating fillers, case packers, or similar machinery in a food/dairy/FMCG manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership ability – formally or informally – within a team environment
Solid troubleshooting skills and a solutions-focused mindset
A commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Working knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems
SAP or ERP system experience (preferred)
