Position: ServiceNow Developer with CSM
Location: Pan India
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, particularly in the CSM module. You will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and support of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the Customer Service Management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Customize and configure ServiceNow CSM modules (e.g., Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog).
• Implement business logic and integrate with other systems using ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and notifications.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow features like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring they are translated effectively into technical solutions.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow platform administrators to maintain and support the platform’s performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and implement automated tests and perform troubleshooting and debugging for ServiceNow applications.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide guidance and support for end users, assisting with training and addressing any issues or inquiries related to the CSM module.
• Keep up with the latest trends and updates in the ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly in the area of CSM, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to the success of project milestones.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications (preferred).
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow CSM modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development: scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts), creating custom workflows, and automation.
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP Web Services, as well as understanding of ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow's flow designer and performance analytics tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and Service Portal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, and chatbots, or conversational AI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience in ServiceNow Mobile App Development.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and frameworks.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 6 year focused on Customer Service Management (CSM).
