Job Discription-

Create a recruitment plan that aligns with project goals.
• Identify target candidate profiles and sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and

provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Encourage people to continuous learning through online and physical workshops.
• Providing inputs to the F&C team with respect to the payroll,opex and Capex Budgets.
• At project completion, compile a report summarizing achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

Competency- .Ability to manage timelines, budgets,strong team building and team dynamics.
• Building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Providing training to ensure everyone understands new processes or tools.
• Open communication and collaboration among team members.
• Ability to learn and implement HRMS policies align with Organization's policy.
