JD:

ServiceNow FSO - Sr. Developer/Lead/Architect

Location: Stamford, Connecticut

Interview: Next Week

Rate: $75/hr on C2C

Experience: 14+

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability

Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations including FSO data model setup PA enablement Commercial and Servicing Lines

Code review: Reviewing and providing walkthroughs as part of peer review process

Configure ServiceNow FSO Modules workflows applications scripts and integrations

Document technical design development processes and solution configurations

Build multiple FSO related features including advanced work assignment enablement configurations around reports dashboards etc

Required Skills:

Proven experience in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform.

Expertise in configuring ServiceNow FSO modules, data model setup, and workflow development.

Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and FSO-specific workflows (e.g., Commercial and Servicing Lines for Banking).

Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development.

Ability to lead customer-facing discussions, workshops, and configuration reviews.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing performance and improving scalability.

Excellent documentation skills to record development and technical configurations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in building advanced work assignment features within FSO.

Familiarity with configuring reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools.

Experience with scripting and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow FSO - SME

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

Implement ServiceNow best practices

Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT

Required Skills

Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology

Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
