Ocean Edge Plumbing is on the lookout for a hands-on, driven Leading Hand Plumber ready to step into a leadership position and help drive the growth of our plumbing division. This is a full-time role offering the chance to be part of a well-established business with 25 years of industry excellence and a reputation for top-tier service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and motivate a small team through a hands-on, proactive approach.
Manage and assist the team to deliver plumbing projects across domestic, rural, and commercial sectors.
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
Take charge of materials & equipment procurement to support project delivery.
Mentor junior team members to build a strong, skilled crew.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Contribute your ideas to help refine systems and improve service delivery.
What We’re Looking For

A qualified plumber, ideally with gas fitting certification.
A natural leader with a positive attitude and a passion for quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solver and decision-maker who can think on their feet.
Clear communicator with a professional approach to client and team interactions.
Someone who values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Valid driver’s licence required.
Excavator ticket preferred (or willingness to complete training).
