Job Description
Handling Back office Operations in Treasury.
Monitoring Swifts w/r to settlement discrepancies ensure daily settlements done within bank cut off.
Review outstanding confirmation report to ensure proper control in place.
Ensure all static setups are complete within the agreed time lines in order have proper control & smooth settlement.
Ensures 100% compliance of all payments processes and guidelines.
Investigate and clear all outstanding reconciliation breaks.
Ensure all relevant transactions are reported on daily basis as per EMIR regulations.
Prepare SLA / KPIs for monthly review with valid comments.
Review and update procedural documents periodically.
Initiate Continuous improvement culture
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Deep expertise in a particular process or discipline
- First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching on the job training coordinating and communicating
- Solves complex operational problems
