The role
As the Learning and Development Lead, you'll spearhead the creation and implementation of a centralised Learning and Development model that aligns with our strategic priorities.
Leading a dedicated team, you’ll design and deliver programs that support employee growth, meet mandatory training requirements, and address critical capability needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop customised learning solutions, oversee the management of Learning and Development frameworks, and ensure our programs contribute to a positive employee experience.
Your role will be pivotal in driving leadership development, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring that our Learning and Development initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful Learning and Development programs. You'll have the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence at all levels.
Your experience in managing and delivering both traditional and innovative learning solutions, combined with a deep understanding of Learning and Development best practices, will enable you to create impactful programs that drive employee growth and organisational success.
You'll also have a passion for fostering a positive learning culture and a commitment to continuous improvement.
