Our Learning and Development team are looking for an experienced Learning Operations Manager to join the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our dynamic and forward-thinking L&D team. If you are looking to be part of high performing team of passionate L&D experts, design and deliver great learning we want to hear from you.
Our Baringa Birmingham office will be your local hub and there will be an expectation that you work from this location 1-2 days per week. Our L&D monthly team meetings and support of training courses will be in our London office so some travel is required for this role.
What You Will Be Doing
Passionate about enabling Learning and Development , you’ll bring an efficient and continuous improvement approach to supporting our L&D team. You’ll be a proactive, motivated, self-starter with the ability to drive a team of Ops Assistants to get things done and make our operational processes even better.
• Lead and continuously improve L&D operational processes and our L&D inbox service..
• Create and manage the scheduling of our core learning programmes globally.
• Identify and onboard external suppliers to support external learning requests, seeking opportunities to create cost efficiencies.
• Managing L&D operational budgets and ensuring suppliers are paid for the services they provide.
• Identify areas that are ripe for automation and digitisation, and deploy.
• Ensure our learning programmes supported with pre, during and post event operational activity.
Your Skills And Experience
• Demonstrable experiences in leading on people processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience working with PowerBI desirable but not essential
• The ability to engage with and manage external stakeholder/supplier relationships and contracts.
• A proactive, self-starter with the ability to influence and lead others. .
• Strong background in developing, supporting, and implementing processes and team governance.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting,
