Job Description - Learning and Engagement Specialist We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. You will play a key role in developing and delivering impactful training programs that empower our employees to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
• Assessing training and development needs: Conducting needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements within the organization.
• Developing training programs: Designing and creating training modules, courses, and materials based on identified needs and objectives.
• Delivering training sessions: Conducting workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to impart knowledge and skills to employees.
• Managing training budgets: Creating and allocating budgets for training initiatives, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs.
• Coordinating training logistics: Organizing training venues, equipment, and necessary resources to facilitate smooth training delivery.
• Evaluating training effectiveness: Assessing the impact and effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Working closely with managers, department heads, and subject matter experts to address specific training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Researching industry best practices: Staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in training and development to enhance program effectiveness.
• Managing relationships with external vendors: Collaborating with external vendors and training providers to deliver specialized programs.
• Implementing technology-based learning solutions: Introducing and utilizing e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and other digital tools to support and enhance training initiatives.
• Engagement: Designing, developing, and implementing creative employee engagement programs and initiatives as Learning and Engagement go hand in hand.
• Connecting with employees: Fostering a positive culture in the organization with planning and implementation of employee engagement activities. Organize and manage employee events, activities, and team-building activities to strengthen relationships and team spirit.
• Documentation: Analyse employee engagement data and surveys to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Develop and present reports on employee engagement findings to leadership.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes):
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in the Learning & Development field.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and closely with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
