Learning & Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the capturing and distribution of operational knowledge in support of developing the operational team competencies in support of strategic initiatives.

Salary Range : $50,000-$62,000


Facilitate establishment and documentation of leading practices for different process areas in operations
Develop training curriculum, upload and circulate knowledge
Compile and organize manufacturing/technical/process/business knowledge into format that can be easily accessed and understood by key stakeholders.
Providing administrative support for Learning Management Systems
Utilizing tools such as GenAI, Teams, Skillsoft, Articulate and align with Learning, Quality & Safety management systems

University degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in establishing learning & development programs, preferably in food manufacturing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to details
Highly developed organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
