Job Description
• Provide legal advice on various aspects of commercial law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and agreements.
• Support the legal department in managing legal risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the organization.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
• Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in laws that affect the company.
• Participate in corporate governance and strategic legal initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel - Commercial Law should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Commercial Law.
• Strong understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing and Engineering Industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
