Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts and resolving discrepancies related to collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of debits and credits, and experience in revenue cycle management. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the financial health of our organization while ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Confers with consumers by telephone to make an attempt for payment resolution
• Calculates payment arrangements and negotiates settlements which may require supervisor/client approval
• Documents and maintains accurate records of all transactions, communications, phone calls, and resolutions in the system.
• Approaches contact with consumers and third parties with a high level of professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns related to their accounts.
Requirements
• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in accounts receivables or collections is advantageous.
