Legal Assistant

We are hiring an energetic, quick-learner Legal Internship on a paid basis. The legal intern will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in domestic and international contracts, litigation cases and intellectual property matters. The intern must have a good knowledge of legal contracts and be good at paying attention to detail when reviewing contracts.

The internship is based in our corporate headquarters at Gurgaon, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India.

Job Role for the Internship:
• Drafting and reviewing domestic and cross-border legal contracts
• Opportunity to conduct legal due diligence
• Managing and assisting in litigation cases
• Gain experience in handling intellectual property matters
• Capable of researching complex legal propositions

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills especially legal writing.
• Eager to explore diverse areas of law and contribute to real-world legal matters
• Must be capable in paying Attention-to-detail in reviewing legal papers

Who can apply – Educational qualifications
• A final-year law student who is passionate and curious about legal matters and keen interest in learning about legal matters in the corporate environment.
