Legal Assistant

VACANCY : Taurant Projects Ltd (New Delhi) is looking to hire a Legal Assistant with MIN. 3 years of work experience as per details below :

Salary : Between Rs. 2.4L - 4.2L Per Annum

Expected Notice Period : Within 15 days preferred to join.

Opportunity Type : Onsite (Rajouri Garden / Kirti Nagar office, New Delhi)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Should be capable of independently drafting case matters, preparation of pleadings , documents etc as well as appearing in Courts all over India

2) Coordinate with Advocates / obtaining case reports .

3) Should have good understanding of Contract documents.

This Role Requires (Qualification / Experience) :
• Degree in Law (LLB)
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
• Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with handling / working on legal websites(courts etc.)
• Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
