Legal Assistant/paralegal

**Key Responsibilities**:
• *1) Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct legal research to support ongoing arbitration and mediation cases.
- Prepare legal documents, briefs, and memos summarizing research findings.
• *2) Case Management**:

- Assist senior attorneys in the management of arbitration and mediation cases.
- Maintain organized case files, documents, and correspondence.
- Draft and review legal agreements and contracts related to arbitration and mediation.
• *3) Legal Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in ensuring that all arbitration and mediation activities comply with legal requirements.
• *4) Collaborative Work**:

- Collaborate with other members of the legal team on various projects and tasks.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on legal strategies.
• *5) Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Possess a strong understanding of arbitration and mediation processes.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of legal software and tools is a plus.
- A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the practice of law.
- Having a valid License from the Bar Council of India

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
