As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting legal due diligence and supporting real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for real estate transactions.- Review and analyze property-related documents, including title deeds, agreements, encumbrances, and compliance records.- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in transactions.- Draft and review legal documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.- Stay updated on applicable real estate laws, rules, and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate law or related legal practice.- Strong understanding of property laws, land due diligence, and real estate transactions.- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Immediate joining availability is required.
