Provide expert legal counsel and practical solutions across diverse areas including contract law, intellectual property, corporate governance, criminal law, employment, family law, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the prosecution of statutory offences, managing all stages from mentions and pre-trial conferences to full trials, and address legal matters related to enforcement and investigations.
• Support policy development by conducting legal analysis, advising on legislative changes, drafting amendments, and coordinating with the Attorney-General’s Chambers.
• Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, MOUs, terms and conditions, and agreements related to IT, construction, investments, real estate, and non-disclosure.
• Deliver legal education and contribute to innovative legal initiatives, promoting awareness and supporting forward-thinking projects.
Requirements
• Legally trained and admitted to practice under the Legal Profession Act, with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in either private practice or an in-house legal role.
• Prosecution experience is an advantage, though not mandatory—strong candidates without such experience will be considered, with relevant training provided.
