Our Property Healthcare team in Bristol provide legal services to our clients across NHS Property Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bristol based Law Graduate to kickstart their career in Law. Join an award winning firm and make a real impact on your career, and our growing firm. Deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients; in this role you will support our lawyers with administrative tasks and work within a friendly, approachable team of experts.

Main responsibilities
• Be involved in all aspects of the day to day activities for our lawyers in the Property Healthcare team
• Play a key role in the care of our NHS Property clients
• Take internal and external telephone queries
• Monitor incoming post and emails
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, organise refreshments and liaise with internal and external attendees
• Assist with the billing and credit control process
• Organise travel arrangements including booking transport, hotels etc.
• Arrange and carry out administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending letters, organising couriers and data entry
• Arrange electronical filing and record keeping
• Support marketing activities such as pitch and presentation preparation

What we are looking for from you
• Law graduate
• A working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• An organised individual who is able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible
• Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not essential
