Legal Intern

We specialize in areas such as property, corporate & commercial laws, and dispute resolution. We aspire to establish a grip in domains like intellectual property, educational laws, etc. Over the last two decades, we have worked with a variety of clients individuals, start-ups, small & medium enterprises, schools, trusts, NGOs, corporates, banks, and many more.

We have experience of working in both traditional sectors such as land dealings, property sale purchase, commodities, automobile, pharmaceuticals, and modern sectors such as e-commerce, big data, redevelopments, renewables. We combine our knowledge of the law with industry experience to design legal solutions that our clients can implement.

We are looking for a legal intern to carry out following roles and responsibilities-
Conduct legal research on various issues, including statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents. Compile and summarize findings to assist with case preparation.
Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other relevant materials. Help maintain document databases and filing systems.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records. Provide general office support.
Assist in compliance reviews and due diligence activities related to transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or regulatory matters.

Qualifications:
Enrollment in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Knowledge of legal terminology and concepts.

3-6 months
